Refund Policy

1. Why no refunds?
The bot is a downloadable digital product delivered instantly upon purchase via Whop. Once your license key has been generated and bound to your hardware, the product has been consumed — there's no "return" to make.
To avoid surprises, we ask every buyer to tick a waiver at checkout:
By proceeding with the purchase, you've waived the 14-day cooling-off period that EU consumers normally get for online purchases. This waiver is legally binding under EU law.
2. When we DO refund
Two specific situations:
A) Accidental duplicate purchase
If you bought two licenses by accident within 24 hours and only activated one of them, we refund the unactivated one in full. Open a ticket on Discord with both order numbers and we'll process it within 48 hours.
B) Extended auth-server outage
If our auth server (auth.shaiyabot.com) is down for
more than 72 consecutive hours and we cannot restore it,
you can request a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your
current month. We track uptime publicly and announce outages on
Discord, so you'll know when this applies.
3. When we DO NOT refund
The following situations are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Buyer regret / change of mind after activation.
- The bot being patched against by a specific Shaiya server. We update the bot to keep it working, but we cannot guarantee continuous compatibility with every server fork forever.
- Bans or sanctions on a Shaiya server — using automation on a Shaiya server is at your own risk per the Terms of Service. Ban consequences are between you and that server's operator.
- The bot conflicting with your anti-virus, anti-cheat, firewall, or other software outside our control — we'll help you troubleshoot in support, but no refund.
- Time remaining when you voluntarily stop using the bot. Cancel future renewals instead (see below).
- You lost your license key or PC. We can rebind / resend the key free of charge — no need to repurchase.
4. Cancelling future renewals
You can cancel auto-renewal of your subscription at any time from your Whop orders dashboard. No fees, no questions asked.
Cancelling stops the next monthly charge. Your license stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then expires normally. You get the full month you paid for — we don't pro-rate cancellations.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us on Discord BEFORE filing a chargeback. Almost every situation we've ever seen can be resolved in 15 minutes by DM — wrong key, activation issue, missing email, etc.
Chargebacks filed without prior contact result in immediate license revocation (the auth server will refuse all future activations for that license). Repeated chargeback abuse may also trigger a Discord ban from our server. We may also report fraudulent chargebacks to Stripe's risk system, which can affect your ability to make future online purchases.
6. How to request a refund
Open a ticket in our
Discord server
or DM loaded11. Include:
- Your Whop order number (or buyer email)
- Your license key (the masked version is fine — last 5 chars only)
- Which exception you're invoking (duplicate purchase / extended outage)
- Any relevant context (screenshots, timestamps, etc.)
We respond within 48 hours, usually within 6. Eligible refunds process within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
7. Contact
Discord is the only channel for refund requests — DM
loaded11 or open a ticket at our
Discord server.
Please don't open chargebacks before contacting us.
