Terms of Service

Short version: You're subscribing to a monthly, single-user, hardware-bound software license. The bot is delivered instantly via Whop after payment, and refunds aren't issued after the license has been used (you tick a waiver at checkout). Use it only on servers where it doesn't violate that server's rules — that risk is yours, not ours.

1. Who we are

Shaiya Bot is operated by loaded11. Support runs through Discord — the same handle, loaded11, at our Discord server. The auth server is hosted in Germany (Hetzner). These terms apply between you (the buyer) and us (loaded11) and form a legally binding agreement when you complete a purchase.

2. What you're buying

A recurring monthly license to run the Shaiya Bot client on one computer. €11.99 per month, charged automatically until you cancel. Includes:

A unique license key, delivered instantly after payment via Whop (shown on the order page and emailed).
Access to all current bot features on every supported Shaiya server fork — no separate tier system; everyone gets the same feature set.
All updates released during your subscription.
Best-effort support via Discord at loaded11.

The license does not grant you ownership of the bot, its source code, or any right to redistribute, resell, or sub-license. You are licensing the right to use a single running copy.

3. Hardware binding & single-user

Each license key binds to your computer's hardware fingerprint on first activation. One key = one machine = one running instance at a time.

If you try to use the same key on a second machine, the bot will refuse to start.
If you try to run two copies on the same machine, the second copy is rejected.
If you change PCs (new hardware, fresh Windows install that changed the fingerprint, etc.), open a ticket on our Discord and we'll rebind the key. Free, manual process — please don't purchase a second license.

4. Refunds & the EU waiver

Shaiya Bot is a digital download delivered instantly upon payment. At checkout you acknowledge:

"I expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and I acknowledge that this waives my right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU."

By proceeding with payment and receiving your license key, you waive the EU 14-day cooling-off right. No refunds are issued after the license has been activated. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. As-is — no warranty

The bot is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that it will:

Work on every Shaiya server fork.
Continue working as Shaiya servers patch their clients.
Be free of bugs or downtime.
Avoid detection by any anti-cheat system, present or future.

We update the bot regularly to keep it working, but we cannot promise specific compatibility or features.

6. Acceptable use — your risk

Use of automation on Shaiya servers may violate that server's terms of service. You assume that risk. The consequences of running the bot on any specific server — including account suspension, ban, character deletion, or item confiscation by that server's operator — are entirely yours.

You agree NOT to:

Share, resell, lend, or publish your license key.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract assets from the bot beyond what's legally permitted regardless of contract.
Use the bot to attack, disrupt, or otherwise harm any Shaiya server or its players beyond ordinary in-game activity (no DDoS, no exploiting bugs to crash the server, etc.).
Use the bot in any way that breaks the law in your jurisdiction.

7. When we may revoke a license

We may revoke a license, without refund, if:

The license was obtained through chargeback, stolen card, or any other reversed payment.
The buyer is found sharing the key (single-user enforcement triggers + repeated bypass attempts).
The buyer publicly distributes a cracked or patched version of the bot.
Required to do so by law.

We do not revoke licenses based on which Shaiya server you play on or how you play it — that's your business, not ours.

8. Privacy

Licensing data: license key, HWID hash, in-game username, Shaiya server name, bot version, session timestamps — sent to our auth server for activation and single-user enforcement.
Game password: encrypted locally via Windows DPAPI; never sent anywhere.
Buyer email: collected at Whop checkout; used for license delivery and support contact only. No marketing emails.
Telemetry: opt-in, OFF by default.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the bot is limited to the amount you paid for your current monthly license period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of game progress, items, currency, accounts, or playtime.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. If a change materially affects your rights, we will note it on this page and announce it in our Discord. Continued use of the bot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
